What are you check-in and check-out times?

Depends on the property. Our check-in is 3pm or 4pm and check-out at 10am. To ensure that we have enough time to clean the property we ask you not to extend these times. Please reach out to us at info@aurora-stay.com to see if we are able to make any special accommodations.

Do you allow pets?

Some of our properties allows pets. Please refer to each listing to determine if pets are allowed.

What amenities are provided in the rental?

Our rental properties are equipped with a wide range of amenities to enhance your stay. You can expect amenities such as a fully equipped kitchen, outdoor patio, high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and in-unit laundry facilities. What is the cancellation policy?

We understand that plans can change, and we have a flexible cancellation policy. If you need to cancel your reservation, you can receive a full refund if you cancel thirty-days before your scheduled arrival. If cancelation within 14-days before scheduled arrival, a partial refund may be available. Please contact us, and we’ll be happy to assist you with the cancellation process.

We had a book club getaway weekend and this cabin was perfect! The house was easy to find, super clean and filled with everything we needed. It felt like behind every door there was something cool and exciting, from a movie theater to a sauna this place had it all. It’s well decorated and you can tell the hosts put a lot of thought into it. The location was close to Chattanooga and lots of hiking spots too which was great for us. The hosts were extremely responsive and easy to communicate with. 10/10 we would all stay here again!
